Job Description
We’re hiring a UI designer to help design the future of how Filipinos access healthcare. You’ll be part of the product design team passionate in making health insurance simple, easy, and accessible to all. You’ll work closely with managers, engineers, and designers to identify problems, brainstorm solutions, and verify your designs—all to create a thoughtful customer experience.
Your tasks
- The whole design process from research to ideation and prototyping
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and find solutions to their frustrations
- Exploring ideas and solutions that will advance our goal of insuring one million Filipinos
- Contributing to team growth and product improvements through design reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in designing responsive pages demonstrated through a portfolio of works
- Experience collaborating on project briefs, scope, and UX flows
- Willing to define and navigate ambiguity
- Iterative design methodologies drive your ability to gather feedback early and often
- Can utilize user research and design principles to back design choices
- Fluent in modern web technologies and has a fundamental understanding of front-end development
- Able to work with modern tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Excited to contribute and take ownership at an early stage of a company
- Has an exceptional grasp of the principles of design and good UX practices, and is driven to continue to learn more from internal and external literature
- Overly communicative and has a mature toolbox of communication and teamwork styles
