Job Description
- Monitor and maintain all electrical machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry.
- Undertake routine maintenance of electrical equipment in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule.
- Be responsible for operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Genset and panels.
- Be responsible for operation, maintenance, and monitoring of pumps, such as fire pump, jockey pump, transfer pump, and booster pump.
- Implement cleanliness in the entire facilities/building.
- Respond immediately to repair requests through service request procedure.
- Do daily monitoring of electricity consumption.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or a Bachelor's/College degree.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Building Maintenance.
- Works well under pressure and capable of multitasking.
- Willing to be assigned to buildings in Metro Manila.
- Can start immediately.
