Job Description
- Handle reservations and booking of guests.
- Explain guest services and house rules of the establishment.
- Provide exceptional guest assistance in a highly professional manner.
- Comfortably handle guest complaints with strong follow through.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or any equivalent course.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a Hotel or Serviced Apartment.
- Experience in online booking system is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and good communication skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Team player.
- Pleasing personality.
- Multitasker.
- Can work flexible hours.
