Job Description
- Conduct thorough inspection, monitor the operation, and ensure the maintenance/repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Review maintenance checklists and reports.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned areas.
- Handle technical and non-technical aspects of the operations of the property.
- Be in charge of tenant relations and coordination.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduate.
- Professional license (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years working experience in Building Maintenance.
- Experience in maintenance operation of mechanical and electrical systems/equipment and other maintenance and repair work.
- Works well under pressure.
- Capable of multitasking.
- Willing to be assigned to buildings in Metro Manila.
- Can start immediately.
