Job Description
- Oversee Accounting team functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Direct the work and output of a team of Accountants.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Accomplish regulatory requirements and work with the External Auditor.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy.
- Supervisory experience, preferrably in construction or property management.
- CPA license and working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure and a seasoned multitasker.
