Job Description
- Secures, manages, and maintains various types of real properties: residential, commercial, and agriculture.
- Studies, establishes, and implements property maintenance, security, crisis / emergency management, eviction and occupancy policies.
- Manages other vertical real estate assets.
- Handles contracts management: service providers, tenants / lessors, etc.
- Prepares report and ensures timely, accurate, and complete record keeping.
- Prepares budget, surveys market values and rental rates, calculates overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, securities, and other expenses related to real property management.
- Manages and implements budgets. Analyzes variances. Studies, proposes and implements corrective actions, when necessary.
- Builds relationship with stakeholders and partners.
- Sets up organization and manages teams, when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate; Preferably a licensed Engineer.
- Experienced in property management, maintenance, and security.
- Can handle various types of properties in multiple locations.
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Willing to travel to and from Mandaluyong, Cavite, Makati, Muntinlupa, Laguna, as assigned by Real Estate Head.
