Job Description
- Responsible for the full range tax services of the group of companies
- Provides innovative and excellent tax planning
- Prepares and reviews all corporate-wide tax returns
- Identifies and mitigates tax risks
- Responsible for dissemination of information regarding new tax development to operations and other areas of the company
- Manages tax provision and the tax compliance process
- Manages and coordinates audits by various tax authorities
- Oversees the preparation of all tax papers or schedules and handle all tax information data request
- Ensures that subordinate personnel are informed of current tax laws and regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
- Required skill(s): knowledgeable with tax accounting and compliance activities, knowledgeable in research activities relating to tax accounting matters;
- Keen to details, accurate, and has the ability to manage a team of people;
- At least 4 year(s) of work experience, 2 years of which in a supervisory capacity in tax management and compliance activities;
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong
