Site Engineer  

A site engineer offers advice in the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of onsite projects and checks the quality of products delivered to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Site survey, inspects facilities and analyzes operational data
• Quality check and product inspection before dispatching of items
• Maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Compiles estimates for material requirements every project
• Evaluates operations and processes
• Suggests process and designs changes to improve performance and efficiency and implement improvements to designs and processes.
• Compiles and presents reports explaining project details to non-technical client.
• Creates work schedules and adjusts as needed to meet project deadlines
• Maintains details documentation of all site activities, including complaints, back job and progress of project.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building or related field.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCad software
• Proven track record of managing personnel and material resources
• Exemplary critical thinking, analytical and complex problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
• Active listening and verbal communication skills

• Technical Competencies

 Customer service skills
 Strong understanding of excellent customer service
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
 Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
 Must be customer oriented (pre- and post-sales)
 Excellent coordination skills
 Proficient in the use of AutoCad software, Sketch Up
 Proven track record of managing projects, contractors, and material resources
 Exemplary critical thinking, analytical and complex problem-solving skills
 Strong time management and project management skills
 Proficient in Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Owns a motorcycle, and/or can drive a manual
