Job Description
This position is responsible for sourcing, negotiation on behalf of the company, maintaining a relationship with the Supplier and ensures delivery for the goods and services assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Canvass and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedule.
- Recommend alternative materials or services to be used.
- Research, study, make recommendations for the savings and improvement of materials and services assigned.
- Prepares purchase order and contract for the materials/services needed by the company.
- Monitors price changes and make necessary recommendation out of it.
- Prepare reports i.e. price index analysis and recommendation, purchase order monitoring, materials analysis and recommendation, canvass reports etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skills: Leadership, Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, SAP Literate
- Accreditation license is an advantage.
