Job Description
- Primarily in charge of monitoring learning and behavioral changes brought about by conducted training.
- Responsible for database and data management and reporting, especially that which zeroes in on performance changes due to training delivered.
- Responsible for creating and delivering training/development program recommendations based on performance evaluation and needs assessment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 7 of working experience in sales training and performance monitoring; preferably with experience in the academe.
- Required Skill(s): Knowledge in Database Management and Technical Writing.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Willing to be based in Cavite.
