Job Description
- Guides and assists potential clients for proper tripping in the area.
- Achieves monthly sales quota.
- Educates clients about the property and community.
- Attends to any request and concerns of potential buyers.
- Identifies and relates with various customer needs and scenarios.
- Provides customer service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree holder in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Trainable, pro-active, goal oriented, and has the heart for helping families find a prefect home.
