MANILA SHIPMANAGEMENT & MANNING, INC. or MANSHIP has been serving our ship-owner clients and mariners since 1988.

We provide technical training and information technology support services to our ship-owner clients.
MANSHIP has been ISO certified since 1994, the first manning agency in the Philippines to have achieved such recognition.
We are one of the first manning agencies in the country to be declared as MLC compliant by the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) and Germanischer Lloyd (GL).
Just this year, MANSHIP has opened its very own training center, the Manship Maritime Training Center (MMTC), to ensure that the quality of in-house trainings are uncompromised and are at par with the industry.
