Job Description
- Work with the Executive Director in designing and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Translate the strategic plan to staff to ensure support; and modifies the plan in response to changing internal and external factors.
- Set comprehensive goals for organizational performance and growth, and lead a performance review on a quarterly basis
- Work with the Executive Director in building and maintaining an effective organizational structure, operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving industry needs.
- Work with the Executive Director in establishing policies that promote organizational efficiency, culture, and vision
- Assist Executive Director in expanding fundraising and business ventures, as well as in scaling the social impact of the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in fundraising is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
