Business Zone Unit  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages and controls technical services for the assigned area to ensure high quality provision of water and used water services to customers, aligned to company guidelines and approved budget to ensure attainment of business area targets.
Conducts, analyzes, correlates, interprets water supply and pressure data and makes recommendations for effective Demand-Based Management of the assigned area.
Inspects, evaluates, estimates and makes recommendatory approval of water service connections applications and ensures proper implementation in accordance with MWCI specifications and standards.
Responds during incidents to uphold zero business disruption and ensure overall business continuity.
Assists in the Critical Activity Review (CAR) and Post Incident Review (PIR) to develop and document best practices, and make recommendations for systems improvement.
Evaluates work done by MWC contractors and provides recommendations for payment approval. Ensures quality of work and conducts audit completed of assigned job.
Responds to CRM technical tickets and field findings that require technical solutions.
Organizes control and participates in the execution, data gathering and analysis on benchmarking activities such as monitoring of pressure, water supply and water quality.
Organizes control and participates in the execution, data gathering and analysis on DMA activities such as Leak Localization, Step Testing, Water Adequacy Test (WAT), and Zero Pressure Test (ZPT). This includes rectification both for physical and commercial losses (e.g accounting of missing service connections that may cause NRW increase).
Accounts for and implements maintenance programs for appurtenances through constant evaluation and monitoring.
Performs other functions that may be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Must be willing to do regular field work and night shift
With valid driver’s license
Must be willing to work in the East Zone of Metro Manila (Quezon City, Makati, Pasig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, Taguig, Pateros, and some parts of Rizal)
