Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Manages the planning and development of the company’s business contingency plans and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the readiness and resilience in carrying service obligations during crises or incident;
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that development and improvement of the business continuity plans are aligned and integrated according to service obligations of the company
- Provides strategic analysis and support to the company in the identification of business risks, threat and impact
- Ensures the adequacy, availability, and effectiveness of BCPs across all areas of use
- Business Continuity Plan Continuous Improvement
- Manages and evaluates compliance activities including risk management, business impact analysis business continuity planning, surveillance audits, conducts of drills and other business continuity awareness initiatives
- Ensures coordination of internal and external stakeholders for the alignment and integration of BCPs
- Ensure compliance of Business Continuity objectives, and all legal requirements including emergency drills & rescue operations as prescribed by the regulators
- Acts as Safety Champion
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in any related field, preferably in Engineering
- Must have at least 2-3 years work experience on project/program management
- Must have experience in BCP development & Emergency Preparedness and Response (+)
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Computer Literate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly structured in planning and organizing
- Proactive and adapatable to emergency and critical situations
- Experienced in conducting trainings

Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV) was designated as the vehicle for expansion within the Philippines. With focus on geographic expansion, its specific mandate is to look for new acquisitions and partnerships across the country while leveraging on the track record set by the existing subsidiary businesses in Boracay, Cebu, Clark and Laguna.
Currently under MWPV are LagunaAAA Water Corporation (“Laguna Water”), Boracay Island Water Company (“Boracay Water”), Clark Water Corporation (“Clark Water”), Manila Water Consortium, Inc. (“MW Consortium”), and Estate Water, an operating division under MWPV which operates and manages the water systems of townships developed by Ayala Land, Inc. A subsidiary of MW Consortium is Cebu Manila Water Development, Inc. (“Cebu Water”) that provides bulk water in the province of Cebu. The Group has other new projects in its portfolio including the Zamboanga City performance-based non-revenue water reduction project under Zamboanga Water Company, Inc. (“Zamboanga Water”) and the Tagum City bulk water supply project under Tagum Water Company, Inc. (“Tagum Water”), among others.
