Job Description
Role Purpose:
- Responsible for the overall operations and management of water treatment facilities, intake structures, pumping stations, reservoirs, water network and other associated facilities in compliance to company’s health and safety standards.
- Responsible for the overall management of facility and network operations’ efficiency processes including data management through evaluation of efficiency initiatives and development of standard systems and indicators to ensure measurable, implementable and sustainable optimum operations and provides technical support for new business opportunities
- Ensures alignment with strategic plans and corporate goals through comprehensive planning and implementation of programs for operations and maintenance.
- Responsible for projects and programs that would support the BU Masterplan including the emerging needs of the business unit
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Chemical/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Course, with license
- With at least 5 years of experience in relevant to overseeing technical operations related to water treatment plant, network and facility maintenance
- With at least 3 years of experience in managing projects related to the development of water treatment plant, network, facilities and source
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly proficient written and oral communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willing to be assigned in Tagum City, Davao

Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV) was designated as the vehicle for expansion within the Philippines. With focus on geographic expansion, its specific mandate is to look for new acquisitions and partnerships across the country while leveraging on the track record set by the existing subsidiary businesses in Boracay, Cebu, Clark and Laguna.
Currently under MWPV are LagunaAAA Water Corporation (“Laguna Water”), Boracay Island Water Company (“Boracay Water”), Clark Water Corporation (“Clark Water”), Manila Water Consortium, Inc. (“MW Consortium”), and Estate Water, an operating division under MWPV which operates and manages the water systems of townships developed by Ayala Land, Inc. A subsidiary of MW Consortium is Cebu Manila Water Development, Inc. (“Cebu Water”) that provides bulk water in the province of Cebu. The Group has other new projects in its portfolio including the Zamboanga City performance-based non-revenue water reduction project under Zamboanga Water Company, Inc. (“Zamboanga Water”) and the Tagum City bulk water supply project under Tagum Water Company, Inc. (“Tagum Water”), among others.
