Job Description
Role Purpose:
Ensure quality and timely delivery and management of all projects related to groundwater resource development technical lead/perform hydrogeological/related environmental studies or investigations required to realize the viability and legal requirements of projects/Supervise the conduct and quality of work of externally hired consultants and contractors.
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Regular/ Day Shift
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential groundwater resources in the Philippines and Asia Pacific countries using geo-resistivity method.
- Process and interpret the results gathered during the geo-resistivity survey.
- Create a full report on the results of the conducted geophysical survey.
- Create preliminary well design and recommend areas for optimized drilling exploratory/production wells.
- Supervise well drilling operations.
- Review contractor outputs on georesistivity surveys.
- Conduct, update, or review feasibility studies of past, existing, and potential groundwater sources.
- Provide technical support to operating subsidiaries and new business project developments.
- Conduct EGGA and environmental impact assessments (groundwater component), and prepare corresponding geohazard reports/maps or EPRMP when required.
- Experience in groundwater modelling a huge advantage.
- Experience in hydraulics and design of water distribution system.
- Experience in Construction Management is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
