Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Supervisor
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Coordination with suppliers and third-party providers
- Coordination of marketing seminars and activities
- Booking of flight and hotel accommodations
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- At least one-year experience in administration or purchasing
- Background in sales and marketing is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very organized and keen to details
- Above average communication skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
- Can start immediately
