Job Description
- Responsible in execution from variety to complex administrative duties in support to the needs and requirements of management
- Maintaining and organizing files and record
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel arrangements
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Business course, BA in Communication or Journalism is an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity reporting to senior management
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- With good judgment, proactive and with unyielding determination to deliver positive results in a demanding work environment.
- Flexible, diligent, organized and can work with grace under pressure.

- Discretion and confidentiality
- Above average communication and interpersonal relations skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Willing to work in Makati
- Can work on weekends
