Job Description
- Responsible for officially receiving premium and non-premium payments in accordance to guidelines and procedures on collection and receipting
- Responsible in depositing the daily collection to designated depository bank based on the following cut-off:
- Responsible in handling, disbursing and replenishing petty cash fund and commission fund in accordance to guidelines and procedures set by the company
- Responsible in the preparation and submission of the Daily Collection Report
- Safe keeps and controls office supplies and forms
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance or Business related course
- Preferable with one year related work experience
- Honest, trustworthy and can handle confidential information
- Can deal with people at all levels
- Personable and service oriented
- Organized and attentive to details
- Willing to work on weekends/holidays
- Can start ASAP
