Job Description
- Analyses variance on monthly expense.
- Posts journal entries and closing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
- Posts and filing BIR (Expanded, Compensation, VAT and ITR) Monthly, quarterly and year-end.
- Coordinates with personnel in TCM department to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Performs balance sheet account reconciliations, including cash, accrued interest, and prepaid expenses.
- Consolidates inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
- Does bank reconciliation.
- Analyzes Balance Sheet and P&L accounts fluctuation.
- Ensures accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
- Provides audit schedules and requested information for internal compliance and external audits within area of responsibility.
- Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year work experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably a CPA.
