Provides highest quality standard of telecommunication services at all times.
- Mans the main telephone line of the hotel.
- Answers incoming/intra-hotel calls with the proper phraseologies, connects them to appropriate extension/local/room number in a fast, accurate, courteous, respectful, friendly and corporate manner.
- Ensures that all incoming/outgoing trunk lines are working.
- Accurately operates the telephone console.
- Assists guests with outgoing calls as required.
- Answers the telephone within three (3) rings or less.
- Provides accurate information to guests regarding hotel and related matters.
- Keeps track of the current happenings inside the hotel (e.g memorandum, important emails, daily events, promotions. etc)
- Provides the daily weather forecast and weather bulletin during typhoon.
- Learns the hotel’s product knowledge (facilities, services, promotions, telex Opera commands) and regularly checks for updates/new info.
