Lead the Events team in soliciting banquet clients and in providing efficient and professional banquet services under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Business Solicitation and Revenue Generation
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
- Prompt response to all inquiries in an effort to capture additional market share
- Solicit from and confirm with clients, all information pertaining to the event they are planning and to organize information for any accurate turnover once the account goes definite
- Negotiate prices, prepare accurate quotes through proposals and then confirm by written contracts
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
