Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented service awareness.
Handle customer inquiries through channels such as phone, email, or online chat, and provide timely and accurate information.
Answer customer questions and provide detailed descriptions of products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
