Job Description
- Assists Plant Services Supervisor for planning and executing building maintenance work in support of production operations.
- Acts as primary contact person for different third party contractors on issues relating to the plant operation and building maintenance.
- Sources third party contractors for facilities, building civil works, and others.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in building construction, civil and structural works.
- Knowledgeable in bill of material calculation, and also in material specification.
