- Elevate Maguire Group store customer service via evaluating opportunities for improvement and training store staff in the following aspects: Customer Engagement, Salesmanship, Visual Merchandising, and other techniques that can help improve store conversion rate
- Prepare a Customer Service Elevation Training Manual and Presentation which cover the following aspects: Customer Engagement, Salesmanship, Visual Merchandising, and other techniques that can help improve store conversion rate
- Report to and be present at a MaguireGroup store from Monday-Friday during store operating hours.
- Perform regular visits to MaguireGroup stores in Sta Rosa, Mamplasan, and Pampanga.
- Perform scheduled visits to MaguireGroup stores in Mactan, Cebu
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
- Have prior retail experience. An example of retail companies: SSI, Primer, SM, Bench Group, etc.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to hold office in SLEX Mamplasan
