- Menerima dan mengumpulkan kebutuhan user (analisa kebutuhan dan memberikan analisa solusi IT)
- Bekerja sama dengan tim developer untuk memberikan solusi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan
- Mempersiapkan Functional Spesification Document, Test scenario, mendesign database dan flow data, membuat user instruction manual dan mendesign aplikasi sesuai dengan user requirement.
- Melakukan testing baik secara internal ataupun bersama user/client
- Menganalisa permasalahan dan hambatan pada flow bisnis dalam sebuah project.
- Menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara Team dengan User/Client.
- Memberikan Training penggunaan aplikasi kepada user
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 jurusan sistem informasi, sistem komputer, teknik informatika, atau jurusan lain yang serupa dan setara.
- Berpengalaman maksimal satu tahun. Fresh Graduate are very welcome
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PPT, Visio) dan JIRA
- Memiliki ketertarikan dan pengalaman dalam membuat sistem dokumentasi, database, flowchart, business process, dan testing.
- Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan MySQL atau SQL Server akan menjadi nilai lebih
- Memiliki ketertarikan dan pengalaman dalam menganalisis dan merancang aplikasi berbasis web dan/atau mobile
- Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim, fast learner, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan team dan user (client), termasuk melakukan presentasi..
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang kuat, memperhatikan detil, dan memecahkan masalah
- Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang cukup (tulisan dan lisan)
- Bersedia bekerja di area Jabodetabek dengan kantor pusat di daerah Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
