Responsibilities of the Business Solutions Specialist are currently divided into sales and account management.

On the sales side you will:

• Hop on phone calls with clients and prospective clients
• Understand the business needs they communicate over call/email
• Take detailed notes on the call/email exchange
• Work with other departments reactively when they have questions or follow-ups

On the account management side you will:

• Review accounts and requests to determine if a client is churning
• Create and apply/support the action plan to fix the issue
• Expand client usage by understanding potential business needs
• Follow up with clients when there is an escalation, possibly get on a call
• Follow up with clients when there is a declined charge or other charging issues

• An interest in sales and calls will be important.
• Good English verbal communication skills are a must.
• We like spreadsheets.
• Self-starter: not dependent on manager/supervisor for motivation.
• Works well in a small team.
• Comfortable with transparency and open communication.
