We are looking for proactive, service-oriented people for full-time customer support positions. If you are comfortable interacting with customers by computer and pay close attention to details, then you may be a great fit for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and/or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of the client’s product
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or mimicking user actions)
- Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback to inform with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior customer support representatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Can work full-time
- Can work US Business Hours
- 2 years of customer support experience (both voice and non-voice)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools
- Familiar with different CRM tools
- Able to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, at least 5Mbps
- Headset for video calls
