Job Description

We are looking for proactive, service-oriented people for full-time customer support positions. If you are comfortable interacting with customers by computer and pay close attention to details, then you may be a great fit for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of the client’s product
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or mimicking user actions)
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback to inform with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Assist in training junior customer support representatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Can work full-time
  • Can work US Business Hours
  • 2 years of customer support experience (both voice and non-voice)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools
  • Familiar with different CRM tools
  • Able to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:

  • Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
  • Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
  • 4GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection, at least 5Mbps
  • Headset for video calls
