Job Description

Why this role exists?

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate who will be reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates to fill client requirements, ensuring that set recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently. He/she will conduct sourcing activities to guarantee an active pipeline of candidates and coordinate with other departments regarding client needs.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Screening
    • Screens potential candidates
    • Reviews resumes and chooses the ones that closely match the available job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Scheduling and Calls
    • Schedules and conducts interviews with potential assistants according to client qualifications
    • Conducts Mock Calls and Script Readings with assistants depending on the client’s needs
  • Coaching
    • Coaches applicants on areas of improvement and re-record mock calls and script reading, if necessary.
  • Endorsement
    • Endorses Qualified applicants to the VIP team
    • Hits weekly KPIs for candidate endorsements
  • Support and Coordination
    • Assists with other recruiting processes from start to finish; while he/she coordinates with other departments regarding any client needs that are not addressed by our current hiring funnels.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
  • Must be willing to work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PHT.
  • Must be willing to start in a Temporary position.
  • Compensation: $2.6/hour
