Lead Generation Specialist | Full-Time, Remote Work  

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to be part of Magic's Internal Team! They are responsible for acquiring B2B marketing qualified leads (MQL) and converting them to sales qualified leads (SQL).

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7AM to 4PM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Launching and managing campaigns in LinkedIn or Facebook with a specific goal of generating marketing qualified leads (MQL)
• Helping us target user persona as defined by marketing management
• Tracking and maintaining cost per acquisition (CPA) targets
• Analyzing campaign performance and spotting opportunities for growth and scale
• Making sure that our events and tracking are up-to-date, and that our business account doesn’t violate platform standards (especially Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Keeping up to date with current lead generation trends and technologies

• 1 - 2 years experience in B2B lead generation/demand generation

• Experienced in launching conversion-focused campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or other platforms

• Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, charts, graphs).

• Event tracking. You’ve used Google Tag Manager, Facebook’s Standard/Custom Events, Pixels, Google Analytics, UTM parameters etc

• An understanding of how to create high-conversion ads and landing pages. We have a separate team to create assets, but you need to be able to assess their effectiveness to provide helpful feedback

Not required but good to have: experience creating dashboards and reports in Hubspot and you worked with landing page builders or WordPress (Elementor).
