Job Description
The property/project manager will be the primary point person between our company and our property managers. They will need to monitor, track, and escalate any work orders and property updates for the units we manage. They should have strong solid experience in real estate. Experience with property management is ideal.

Schedule:
Can work in U.S. business hours | 40 hours/week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
- Establishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
- Prepares and enforces a lease agreement
- Prepares a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Tracks project costs in order to meet budget
- Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provides regular project updates about strategy, adjustments, and progress to various stakeholders
- Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinates with cross-functional team members to make sure that project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are aligned
- Ensures that projects are completed in line with the requirements given
- Gather feedback and develop plans for improvement based on it
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of project management experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Technical proficiency in GSuite and other CRM tools
- Proficient with MS Office tools and other desktop publishing software
- Ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials
- Nice to have: Familiarity with project management tools, PMP certified
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
- Headset for video calls
