Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to search for qualified leads through email, cold calls, and data mining. The Lead Gen Specialist needs to ensure the progress of the lead through regular follow-ups and appointment settings.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate large quantities of leads through in-depth research on social media and other web organic searches.
- Identify and pre-qualify prospective clients through web and/or social media mining.
- Directly correspond with prospective clients, and properly address concerns.
- Set the client appointment with the CEO through shift leads assistance.
- Maintain and grow social media accounts and professional connections for business purposes.
- Research and analyze data found on search engines.
- Generate a number of leads, qualified opportunities, and deals won from appointment setting according to business targets.
- Can adjust strategies based on the client’s KPI.
- Willing to do other administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months of related experience in doing lead generation through Linkedin, web, and other social media platforms, and using data mining software (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, any data mining software)
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- Analytical, intuitive and knows how to follow brief instructions and make judgments based on learnings and training.
- Can work independently.
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
- Earphones/Headset with noise-canceling mic, and a quiet working environment
