Job Description
As the Executive Recruiter, your main role will be to recruit for executive positions such as senior managers, department heads, or directors through full-cycle recruitment functions and duties related to but not limited to the following tasks: Job Analysis, Sourcing and Profiling, Screening and Selection, Documentation, Reporting, and Endorsing candidates while following company protocols and working with the other teams in the company to create and secure new avenues and ensure the best candidate experience.
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm PHT (can be flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a targeted strategy for sourcing experienced, high-caliber candidates
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
- Conduct interviews and complete reference checks
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
- Network and build long-lasting relationships with executive employees and peers
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Critical decision making and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- A good memory to retain interview information
Work environment—Must be equipped to be able to work from home (fast working computer and stable internet connection).
Position type and expected hours of work—Full-time (40 hours/week), regularization in six (6) months with passing performance evaluation.
Required education and experience—At least 2 years of experience being a recruitment specialist.
Preferred education and experience—Preferred experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
