Job Description
The VIP Relationship Manager will report directly to the SOM for the VIP team. You will be developing relationships with Magic Dedicated's VIP clients, connecting with key business executives, and identifying new business opportunities among existing clients. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales, Matching, and Assistant Support) to improve the entire client experience.
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home
Schedule: 12 AM - 9 AM PHT (Tuesday to Saturday) Flexible - Will adjust based on need
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating sales among VIP client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the point of contact for Magic Dedicated VIP clients, facilitate kick-off calls, and work on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensuring that clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner, and all concerns are being addressed immediately.
- Communicates client needs and demands to the appropriate department.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure consistent service for all clients.
- Collaborates with the VIP sales team to reach prospective clients.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Keep records of client transactions and make sure that all preferences/instructions are being taken note of and followed by the rest of the team.

- Preferably with sales and account management background
Non-Negotiable Must Have:
- 1+ years of professional experience in HubSpot Business Software
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
