Job Description
Job Overview:
We're looking for a Recruitment Ops Hiring Manager to be part of Magic's Internal Team! The role involves using data to find strong candidates and driving the recruitment team to meet performance standards.
Job Type:
Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM PHT
40hrs/week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build specific qualifying and interviewing funnels based on the needs of the product/sales pipeline
- Filter strong candidates using a data-driven approach
- Build an interviewing and qualifying pipeline that enables the strongest candidates to be clearly identified and ensures they are placed in a timely manner
- Automate parts of the qualifying process to ensure high-quality candidates are not dropped
- Monitor team performance and take measures to ensure it meets standards
- Develop and implement a timeline of hiring and recruitment processes to achieve targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in interviewing, filtering, and qualifying leads based on client-specific/product-specific needs
- 3+ years experience managing a hiring team for a mid-size or large BPO
- Experience as a Recruiting Manager or Recruiting Coordinator
- Expertise in building systems for qualifying and filtering applicants that are being sourced
- Experience with phone and in-person interviews, as well as candidate screening and evaluation
- Able to communicate effectively in English
