Job Description
We are looking for someone who has led a team of Business-to-Business Account Managers at a company in the Philippines that has handled larger contracts. Someone who has led teams that have handled 1000s of clients of varying sizes SME, enterprise accounts, etc.
This role has a Signing Bonus!
Job Type: Full-time, Work from home
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategical and tactical implementation to improve client retention
- Leads team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction, expansion, and retention
- Manages team to work cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to ensure client needs are immediately addressed
- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
- Manage relationships with existing customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Someone with 5+ years experience leading a team of B2B Account Managers handling larger enterprise accounts
- Proven experience in leading teams that have handled thousands of clients of varying size, SMEs, enterprise accounts, etc.
- Has prior experience in B2B sales
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Fluency in the English Language
