Job Description
Job Summary
The primary role of the Onboarding Specialist is to strategize and manage the matching and onboarding of Magic's roster of dedicated assistants.
The Onboarding Specialist is in charge of:
- Strategizing for the best matching and onboarding process to increase assistant retention and success of matches to clients
- Managing candidate journey post-bench
- Coordinating with Assistant Relations and Recruitment Operations
- Managing feedback and inquiries
- Managing the matching and onboarding team, ensuring they're working towards the goals
- 30/60/90 plans for the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Tenacious and a strategic thinker with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, always-on, highly ambiguous startup environment.
- Organizational, project management, time management, and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills around technical, product and accounting related questions.
- Highly quantitative and a data-informed approach to problem solving
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong competency in spreadsheets and presentation software
- Communication at all levels, creative problem solving skills, and ability to motivate individuals
