About the Role

We are looking for proactive and customer service oriented people for our full-time and part-time customer support positions. If you are someone who is comfortable with working on a computer, interacting with customers, and has excellent attention to detail, then you may be a great fit.

As Customer Support:

  • You will be working with teams and individuals and will be handling a variety of customer support tasks.
  • You’ll get to work closely with US Clients, so working hours would be in the US time zone.

Minimum Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who have:

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience (voice or non-voice)
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Modern desktop or laptop computer
  • High speed, reliable internet (5mbps or faster)
  • Headset for video calls
  • Ability to work and take phone calls in a quiet environment
  • Technical proficiency (GSuite, Microsoft Office, CRM)
