Job Description
- Work with manager to develop end-to-end sales processes to improve B2B Sales in general
- Design new systems to address sales areas of opportunities from root cause analysis
- Develop service-level procedures, standards, and policies
- Work as needed with other departments for implementation
- Determine the success of the project and iterate as needed
- Keep accurate records and document client information gathered from discovery calls by using a CRM.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Train, coach and performance manage Sales Account Managers on your team
- Produce Sales AM scorecards
- Make sure that all Sales AM deliverables are updated and submitted in a timely manner
- Other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business related four-year course from a reputable college
- 2 years experience in B2B/ Enterprise sales (preferably in a SaaS company)
- 1 year experience as a Senior Account Manager or a similar role
- Extensive experience in doing client sales/ discovery calls
- Extensive experience in managing a sales funnel and implementing different strategies for user acquisition
- Experience in using CRMs and email automation applications (preferably activecampaign.com)
