Operations Apprentice | Math or Statistics Expert  

Join the apprenticeship program and be a part of the operations team! Work hand in hand with our awesome operations team by ensuring that your assigned venture in Machine is reaching productivity, quality and customer satisfaction/client performance, as well as making sure objectives are met and performed in an efficient manner.

As Operations Apprentice you will:

• Be organized! Assist operations manager and team to ensure that the assigned venture managed by properly planning, ideating and executing strategies
• Hit targets! Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with direct reports to evaluate performance against KPIs.
• Stay updated! Keep up with emerging digital trends/processes to improve the business flow of Machine
• Manage and assist operations team to grow overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Requirements:

• While any operational experience would be a plus, we don’t expect you to be a guru on arrival, that’s the beauty of the apprenticeship program
• Open to graduating/fresh grads who are aspiring machinists
• Open also to candidates who posses at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and in any related field
• Awesome computer skills required.
• Be understandable! Excellent verbal and written communication
• Multi-task! Work in a fast-paced high stress environment.
• Be friendly and productive! Have the ability to build amazing business relationships
• Strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills.
• At least proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in using Google applications (i.e. Google docs, Google Drive, etc.)
