Operations Intern-Math/Statistics Expert  

Work hand in hand with Machine’s operations team! Help the operations team by ensuring that your assigned venture in Machine are reaching productivity, quality and customer satisfaction/client performance, as well as making sure objectives are met and performed in an efficient manner.

As Operations Intern you will:

• Strengthen operations team! Assist operations team and ensure that venture operations are managed by properly through planning, ideating and executing strategies to attain operational goals
• Hit targets! Meet regular performance reviews and evaluate performance against KPIs with the operations manager
• Stay updated! Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging digital trends
• Attain short and long-term performance goals developed by operations team
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• While any operations experience would be a plus, we don’t expect you to be a guru on arrival, that’s the beauty of being an intern :)
• Open to graduating/fresh grads who are aspiring machinists
• Open to candidates who possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Math, Physics, Industrial Engineering and in any related field.
• Strong and awesome computer skills required.
• Hit goals! Should have a track record of meeting targets and delivery on targets.
• Be understandable! Excellent verbal and written communication
• Multi-task! Work in a fast-paced high stress environment.
• Be sociable! Ability to build productive business relationship
• Strong analytical and managerial skills.
• At least proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in using Google applications (i.e. Google docs, Google Drive, etc.)
