Job Description

Are you a people person and are good at handling accounts?

Be a part of the HR and bookkeeping team in Machine! Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel. Also, to ensure timely updating and organizing of bookkeeping records.

As Human Resources & Bookkeeping Manager you will:

  • Be an HR and bookkeeper wizard! Crafting HR policies and procedures. Also, undertake first-hand recording and sorting/classifying of financial transaction on prescribed book of accounts
  • Implement HR programs
  • Be a teamplayer! Work with external and internal teams to strengthen the company’s relationship.
  • Require schedule of account and/or correct entries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's / College degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or any equivalent course.
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in the related field.
  • Preferably an Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Human Resources or any related field.
  • Be understandable! Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Knowledgeable in bookkeeping duties and processes
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of HR.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippines’ labor laws and practices
  • Should be detail oriented
  • Knowledgeable in bookkeeping duties and processes
  • At least proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in using Google applications (i.e. Google docs, Google Drive, etc.)
