Job Description
- Ensures that the sales team meets its required sales targets.
- Creates, implements, and evaluates sales strategies to optimize the sales funnel.
- Identifies areas for improvement in product and sales systems.
- Develops a strong understanding of client/prospect requirements and strategic objective from the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 or more years sales experience.
- Grasp of real-estate industry, preferred.
- Broker license beneficial but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- People management skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and planning skills.
