Job Description
- Coordinate, plan, and implement the partner onboarding process and subsequent training.
- Adjust onboarding and training accordingly based on partner performance data.
- Manage training requirements such as materials, assets, locations and budget.
- Create plans for and conduct partner re-training for further product and feature roll-outs.
- Work closely together with different teams to monitor partner performance and KPIs and adjust the onboarding and training programs accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in start-up or passion for innovation.
- Great in communication and building trust.
- Curious, smart and bullish.
- A genuinely happy character.
- Hunger for entrepreneurship with a taste for start-up success.
