Job Description
- Manage partners and their day-to-day operations.
- Develop and measure partner KPIs.
- Manage partner performance and quality.
- Create partner "guidance handbook".
- Impose sanctions or offer rewards according to performance of partners.
- Work closely together with different teams to monitor partner performance and KPIs, lead, motivate and manage partners and implement necessary sanctions and rewards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in start-up or passion for innovation.
- Great in communication and building trust.
- Curious, smart and bullish.
- A genuinely happy character.
- Hunger for entrepreneurship with a taste for start-up success.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to execute around big ideas with the precision and efficiency of a Machine
