Job Description

  • Lead Business Intelligence efforts of the entire organization.
  • Provide full and real-time transparancy to all stakeholders.
  • Understand underlying business challenges and communicate accurate data insights.
  • Collaborate with departments to derive data-driven decisions.
  • Design and implement Business Intelligence tools.
  • Closely work with product development team to build and improve the data warehouse.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 or more years experience in Business Intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Analytics; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experienced in data modelling and data warehousing.
  • Experienced in setting up business-wide reporting systems from scratch.
  • In-depth knowledge of MongoDB.
  • Working at rapidly growing organizations is an advantage.
  • Ready to roll-up sleeves and be hands-on.
  • Initiative, Pro-active, and Self-driven.
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic skills with ability to challenge conventional approaches and offer alternative solutions.
