Job Description

  • Receive and manage customer messages in a timely manner.
  • Respond to general inquiries by providing product and service information.
  • Facilitate handling of inbound messages and coordinate with internal departments and resources regarding relevant client concerns, leads, and inquiries.
  • Deliver superior customer service to clients and building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet quality expectations to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Evaluate and resolve or negotiate “win-win” solutions to client issues directly or by consulting with appropriate resources.
  • Document, track and report significant client/advisor discussions or complaints.
  • Generate and prepare reports required by Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably with related experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal relation skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively;
  • Capability and willingness to learn quickly and change procedures to fit an ever evolving operation process.
  • Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized;
  • Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure;
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral.
  • Initiative, Pro-active, and Self-driven.
  • On-the-spot problem solving.
  • Working in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Applications and Cloud-based Applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Knowledge in using Airtable is a plus.
