Job Description
- Greet visitors and patients.
- Receiving and answering telephone calls.
- Provide information to visitors and patients.
- Scheduling of patients.
- Front desk collections.
- Management of patient flow.
- Patient education.
- Application of therapy, like ultrasound and electric massage.
- Answering and handling inquiries.
- Assist in the performance of screenings: posture screenings, a foot scan, and others.
- Maintenance of patient records.
- General filing, copying, faxing and e-mailing.
- Monitor and print office and clinic forms.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machine, printer, photocopier, computer, scanner, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
