Account Manager | Public Relations and Digital  

M2.0 is looking for an account manager who will work with our public relations and digital team! Our account managers work with multi-disciplinary teams of content creators, strategists and designers who are passionate about our mission of telling meaningful stories. As an M2.0 Account Manager, you will be managing three to four top-tier accounts; nurturing client relationships, developing strategy, and building influential stakeholder contacts.

In the process, you will participate in M2.0’s culture of continuous learning, accumulating valuable lessons from your interactions with managers and media personalities, while building your bank of insights with people inside and outside of the firm. You'll also have the chance to coach and develop junior team members and contribute to building more effective internal processes.

M2.0 has been focused on story telling as a means of brand-building for more than 15 years. Our strengths include digital content creation and distribution, reputation management, consumer PR, healthcare advocacy, and media analytics. Our client roster includes a few of the largest technology, finance, healthcare and consumer companies in the world.

You will be…

• Overseeing campaign development and execution, including media relations, analytics, strategy, creative and influencer marketing;
• Fostering and maintaining productive client relationships;
• Managing timelines, budgets, meetings and calendars;
• Identifying solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships;
• Serving as expert in integrated communication programs across, paid, owned and earned media in social campaigns; and
• Cultivating a culture of support, growth and partnership among team

You will need…

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field with 5 years of experience at a PR, Digital or Integrated Marketing Agency;
• Very strong writing skills coupled with excellent presentation skills;
• To be passionate about client service and have the ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities; and
• A strong understanding of traditional media and content marketing strategies.
